They can earn money by doing skilled work and unskilled work after college timing as well as they can learn.     The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multifaceted personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. It inculcates the student idea that no work is big or small and develops a work culture with the right aptitude. This is a vision of keeping our youth gainfully employed as well as to contribute from civil society. This is a paradigm shift in the way we see higher education. This will make higher education accessible and available t

EVENT NAME:-Stall exhibition DATE:-21 march 2019 VENUE:- pravara Rural College of pharma , loni.                Exhibition was Organized by Rural college of pharmacy, loni on the occasion of  Annual gathering. 0rganic Capsicum,marigold and Many other varietiesof capsicums were keept in stall.Huge response were given by student. Alumni of  College also visit the stall and gave Positive   responce. Director (Agri and allied college, loni) Dr.khetmal Sir had given positive feedback. Earn and learn student were given Responsibility of  exhibition along with kanade sir. It was also successfully because of Support of :- 1. principal Autade sir 2 Prof. Adik madam 3. NAME:- Krushi  mahotav DATE :-25th - 29th January2019 VENUE:-Ahmednagar (predan chowak,savadi road.)         Agriculture exhibition was held by ATMA(Agriculture Technology Management Agency).Huge response was given to the exhibition by the people. The main aim was to introduce farmer with sustainable agriculture development with a proper farming approch and to marketing of the value added product.          Earn and learn student were send to exhibition.per day two student were send along with kanade sir. Student were delight to have such a good experience. It was firm belief of the student  that experience will help them in future and they have acquired new set of skills  such as communication skills and marketing skills to some extent.         Following were the student      1.                Meetings are the place where you take first step if you want to start something new.                Meeting sets the path in which we want to go. Such a meeting was held by our principal Autade sir and earn and learn teacher coordinator prof. Adik mam at the start of new academic year.                 Student leader was also selected ,from boy's Mr Kedar sonay bapu and from girls Miss Shinde Bhavna .New members from second and third year had joined us and now we are the community of almost 25 members. Fourth year student have completely rolled out from the work.                  In meeting we discussed on following points , 1. Ground floor porch development. 2. New equipment required for gardening. 3. New kundies for new plant (Including hanging pots). 4. Separate store room for equipment. 5. Making of new vermicompost plant. 6. Date: 19/01/2019 Earn and Learn students designed the concept of hydroponics in College. The model work on the concept of capillary action as the pipe contains the water and the plastic bottle is corrected with the pipe through the tread (Draws the water by capillary action as an when required). It avoids the repetitive addition of water to the garden plants.

          I am a student of "earn and learn "and I am proud to say that.Its excellent. In this activity work is done within a group and we can also become a better team member by it.           Best kind of investment is learning new things.           According to me "earn and learn" has two meaning.First ,earn while you are doing your regular work and second ,you will be paid for learning new things,for opening your creativity.         Their are facility such as concession on  activity like seminar , national conference, NPTL,e.t.c..This is  the best thing of earn and learn.        At the end of the month of the month you will get payment for whatever work you have done. Work is not too hard if your team is good. Their is also fun while making a work.        Best thing is that you can put your creativity ideas infront of organisation.  But most important is don't cross your limits and also focus on  your goals of study.
